A week after Rise, Members of Parliament from across Canada will head back to Ottawa. Before they go, communities are sending them off with a message. Here’s how.

These past few weeks, climate and disaster-filled headlines have been brutal for many of us looking at the news. In light of these disasters, it’s critical to support impacted communities in their efforts for relief and restoration, and grow the movement to keep fossil fuels in the ground.

While many of us speak different languages, on September 8th we will be speaking a common language with the symbols that unite us.

The climate has changed, but there’s plenty we can do about it.
